At Aerbyon®, we are setting the highest standards for ourselves and our products. We follow our products through the design and manufacturing process, to ensure the products our customers receive are of the highest quality. Aerbyon® stands behind its products with a limited warranty policy as follows: Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized resellers. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and it is not transferable.

What is Covered by This Warranty?

Aerbyon® limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. What is not covered by this warranty? The Warranty does not apply to:

  1. Products that were bought through other channels than the authorized resellers;
  2. Problems that occur after the warranty period based on the original purchase date of the product;
  3. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic;
  4. Damage caused by external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, fire;
  5. A product that has been modified;
  6. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to normal aging.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Go to our website and download an RMA form to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase.

Warranty Process

If your product fails to operate properly while in use under normal conditions within the warranty period, visit our website to download an RMA form. Customers will cover the cost to send in the unit to us for repair or replacement. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will return the repaired product or replacement parts by our cost. When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Aerbyon®, Aerbyon® takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Aerbyon® does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
